Chandler Pergola Co. provides custom pergola, patio cover, louvered roof, ramada, shade sail, outdoor kitchen and commercial shade-structure design and installation services in Chandler and the surrounding East Valley. Quotes provided through this site are estimates based on the information you supply and are subject to confirmation after a free on-site design consultation and measure.

Permits & Approvals

Information on this site about materials, cost, permits, setbacks, HOA approval and engineering is provided for general educational purposes. The City of Chandler (or your local municipality) and your homeowners association are the final word on the requirements that apply to your specific property, and final pricing and scope are set in your signed project agreement.

Scheduling & Access

You are responsible for providing safe and timely access to your property and the work area for scheduled design visits and installation. Work that cannot be completed due to lack of access, undisclosed site conditions, or pending permit or HOA approval may be subject to rescheduling.
